Whenever I need Luis I give him a call and he works me in his schedule.
First experience I needed to replace my computer so he selected and ordered it for me from Dell. He was on hand to install it for me which included moving all my old stuff over to it so I didn't miss a beat.
Since then, whenever I botch it up and bog it down, I give him a call and he comes running to bail me out.
Any anguish I have is my own fault for not calling sooner and trying to fix it myself
