Technology Assessment
Our Technology Assessment service partners our senior professionals with your team to help you analyze the use of technology within your business. The analysis will look at today's use of technology and provide recommendations for enhanced and new uses of technology that will reduce costs, improve productivity, and increase revenue. Our team can help you:
Evaluate what type of technology is being used today
Review the areas of the business that are making use of technology
Determine what new technology solutions should be used in your business operations
Determine proper extensions to your existing use of technology to improve business results
Determine the ROI of the recommended Technology Solutions
As part of this assessment, the team conducts a high-level review of your business operations, technology solution recommendation review, ROI analysis, and implementation plan.
The service is broken down into two levels of detail with a Level 1 assessment being a prerequisite to a Level 2 assessment:
• Level 1 Assessment
We assess your business operations at a high level and from an end to end perspective. The output is a broad set of recommendations focusing on where technology should be implemented in the business as well as what types of technology solutions should be used.
• Level 2 Assessment
We perform a detail analysis focusing on the specific areas of your business operations that you choose. The output is a detailed recommendation with specifics on the Technology Solutions that should be applied.
